Ron Garcia was raised in Greater Vancouver with a deep appreciation for the outdoors, sports, the arts, family and community. With the ability to take in world class cultural performances, best in class athletic events and breathtaking natural spaces, Ron believes Metro Vancouver is the most dynamic place in the world to call home. With a diploma in Business Management from BCIT and the enriching experience of a fifteen year career with RBC and its wealth management investment counselling firm, Philip, Hager & North Investment Counsel, Ron is well equipped with the skills, leadership and financial know-how to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Ron possesses a thorough understanding of the Strata Property Act having served over fourteen years on two strata councils, most recently serving as President of a 64 unit condo building in downtown Vancouver. He leverages his experience to help clients understand the true meaning of strata documents. Using integrity, honesty and dedication as the foundation of his client relationships, Ron aims to create a refreshing and purposeful experience for both real estate novices and veterans alike. Ron is fluent in Spanish and experienced working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. When away from the office, Ron enjoys cooking, live music, biking the seawall and finding new shores to explore.
